Can I return a product purchased in a store to nakunahelsinki.com?

Returns or exchanges for purchases made in a retail store or department store counter location may not be returned to nakunahelsinki.com.

If the product you wish to return was not purchased through nakunahelsinki.com, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution. Can I return an online purchase to a department store?

Returns or exchanges for purchases made online may not be accepted for return or exchange at a retail store or department store counter. 

At nakunahelsinki.com we offer straightforward and fair return policy for purchases made online. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to exchange the product or issue a refund upon its return.

What ingredients are used in your products?

We respect the nature and our goal is to make great products in harmony with the environment. We use both synthetics and botanicals. Many natural ingredients are endangered and collecting some natural ingredient would be harmful to animals. In cases like these, we have made a choice to use lab-created synthetic ingredients. The lab-created ingredients give the same effect and are safe to use but using them lets us to preserve our beautiful and fragile nature as it is.

Are the products safe to use? 

We highly prioritize consumer safety and we are committed to produce only safe products which meet our high standards and comply with laws and regulation in every country in which our products are sold. The ingredients used in our products have been tested and found to be safe when used as intended.
